Disciplinator support
Disciplinator is a discipline app for iPhone and iPad. You set habits and limits, the app rates how well you keep them, and a coach whose voice you choose tells you how you did.
Contact
Write to support@4donsoft.com. It helps to include:
- your device and its iOS or iPadOS version;
- the app's version, from Settings, About, Version;
- what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead.
Sync between devices
Your iPhones and iPads sync through iCloud. Sign each one in to the same iCloud account with iCloud Drive on, and your habits, history, Discipline Score and name follow you. A few settings about the device itself stay on each device: the lock-screen voice, the clock and which notifications it sends. Settings, Sync shows where sync stands on the device in your hand.
Pro
Pro is one purchase, not a subscription. It removes the ad and gives you any number of active habits, all your history, unlimited rest days, one-time actions, and Done and Undo on the widget.
Pro after a reinstall or on a new device. Open Settings and tap Restore purchases, signed in to the same Apple Account you bought it with.
Refunds are handled by Apple, at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Ads and privacy choices
The free version shows one ad, on the Today screen.
- In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, change your ad consent in the app's Settings, under Privacy choices.
- Tracking: in the Settings app, under Privacy & Security, Tracking.
Reminders
If reminders don't arrive, check that notifications for Disciplinator are allowed in the Settings app, and that a Focus isn't holding them back.
Deleting your data
- A habit: open it in the app and choose Delete habit. To remove every trace, delete the app's data.
- Everything: delete the app. To delete the iCloud copy too, open the Settings app, tap your name, then iCloud, then Storage (or Manage Account Storage). Tap Disciplinator, then Delete Data from iCloud.
